The reason for this is because a lot of health issues are caused by poor eating. Many of these items are easy to find at health food stores, but some are too expensive, or just too out of the way to find in regular supermarkets. I also have information about a few of the products that I think are important, but not yet commercially available, that I have written up on this page. This is not a complete list, and I don't list everything I feel is important to know. This is a list of some common items I review. I don't consider these foods to be supplements, or a diet, or healthy eating. I consider them as a way to help me find the foods I like, and the foods that have nutrients.
