Products: Anti-aging products are usually found in pharmacy or health care stores. You can also check your local drug store or grocery stores. Ingredients: The following are what I use and why. Ingredients are important. Some products have ingredients you can find in your local drugstore, but if they don't meet the above criteria you can order from your local pharmacy. Vitamin E: 1 tsp daily, not essential, it's available in many dietary supplements. A low dose can be added to your morning smoothie or just take one tsp every day. L-ascorbic acid: 3 tsp daily. L-ascorbic acid is important in the cell membranes to create collagen and elastin and is necessary for the absorption of vitamin D
